Our Mission

Our mission is to create realistic, soulful images that are indistinguishable from real life. Every template in our library has been refined to produce natural lighting and the unique features of your pet to create the kind of portrait you’d be proud to frame.

Of course, we do feature absurd images too — secret agents, astronauts, pirates. Even then, we still try to make them look as realistic as possible. We realize that some people love their pet so much that they may want to have some fun pieces of art for themselves, even if they're absurd.

Say No to AI Slop

“AI slop” refers to the flood of low-quality, obviously-fake images that have become common across the internet. It’s the images with warped proportions, plastic-looking skin, extra fingers, melting backgrounds, and an overall uncanny feel that screams “a computer made this.” It’s overused by people who don’t care about quality or authenticity and are just looking to inflate their view counts.

Any images you create with this tool are intended for private use, like a framed print on your desk, a phone wallpaper, or a gift for a fellow pet lover. They’re not intended for social network feeds. We realize we can’t prevent anyone from sharing these images publicly, so we hope you respect our request and use this in good faith.

We Support Human Artisans

AI created imagery has gotten a bad rap, and for good reason: it threatens to take away an income from the professional artists it learned from. If your pet is still with you, is comfortable being around strangers, and you have the time and budget, we wholeheartedly encourage you to hire a professional pet photographer near you. Nothing beats the real thing.

You can also commission an artist to create a custom portrait of your pet. There are many talented artists who would love to work with you to create a one-of-a-kind piece of art that captures your pet’s unique personality and spirit. We recommend Crown & Paw.

We know that many people don’t have the time or money for a professional shoot or to hire an artist. Some people are physically unable to do so. Some pets don’t do well in public or around strangers. Some pets have passed on.

For those people, we hope this tool brings them a little joy.
